1. Introduction & Scope

SportsHL (collectively referred to as “SportsHL.com,” “the Site,” or “the Mobile Application”) is owned and operated by Mookie Digital LLC (dba “mookie” and dba “SportsHL”), located at 1645 S Blue Island Ave, Unit 3, Chicago, IL 60608, USA (“Company”).

This Privacy Policy governs the data collection, compilation, processing, and system storage practices applied across all digital media operations, consumer interfaces, and software incubation applications hosted by the Company. We respect the fundamental privacy rights of our users and have engineered our data retention protocols to prioritize data minimization, limit corporate liability, and satisfy modern federal and state data protection frameworks, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

2. Strict Age Limitation & Ecosystem Gatekeeping

The Site and associated mobile applications are intended strictly and exclusively for adult audiences of legal age who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We operate a strict, absolute age-gated media ecosystem.

The Company does not knowingly solicit, process, track, or retain information from any individual under the age of eighteen (18). If we discover, or are formally notified by a parent or legal guardian, that an individual under the age of 18 has bypassed our front-door eligibility representations and submitted data to our servers, we will execute immediate administrative overrides to permanently delete and purge that account profile, its email registration records, and any associated behavioral history from our live production databases within twenty-four (24) hours.

3. Information We Collect & Persistent Storage Boundaries

To maintain a streamlined, secure, and personalized “spoiler-free” sports media platform, we limit our data footprint to the following streams:

  • Voluntary Account Profile Information: When you natively register an account, subscribe to our distribution channels, or execute a 1-tap Single Sign-In (SSO) credential through an authorized third-party provider (such as Apple Sign-In or Google Login), we collect your first name, email address, and an account username.
  • Transient Single Sign-On (SSO) Token Filtering: While third-party identity provider tokens natively transmit an integrated user name object, our application code is architected to filter inbound payloads at the server ingestion boundary. Our system extracts the user’s email and first name, completely discards the legal last name (family_name) object, and prevents last name data elements from ever being written to our persistent database storage disks. We do not request, process, or retain users’ legal last names or physical residential addresses.
  • Email Communication Interaction Analytics: To evaluate the efficiency of our content curation and protect our outbound digital delivery reputation, our marketing communications contain embedded tracking pixels. These assets securely monitor email open actions, user device environments, engagement intervals, and specific click-through navigation paths.
  • Technical, Machine, & Session Data: We automatically capture non-identifying automated system logs when you interact with our servers. This metadata includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, unique device identifiers (including mobile hardware specifications), browser applications, operational software versions, and dynamic page load execution speeds.
  • Behavioral Interface Telemetry: We track user-initiated click paths and application flows natively inside our user interface (UI) to optimize platform utility. This telemetry records engagement with embedded media player toggles, interaction with statistics displays, navigation choices, scrolling lengths, user journeys, and click selections relating to our proprietary Match Rating feature.
  • 4. Contextual Advertisements & Commercial Affiliate Attribution

  • Affiliate Tracking Networks: The platform operates as a digital aggregator and integrates tracking pixels, cookie identifiers, and software development kits (SDKs) provided by affiliate clearinghouses (including, but not limited to, Impact Radius, CJ Affiliate, and ShareASale).
  • Pseudo-Anonymized Conversions: The Site features programmatic advertisement banners, localized match scheduling widgets, apparel promotions, and third-party company logo displays (such as digital privacy software or Virtual Private Network utilities). When you click on these integrated commercial assets, a tracking sequence registers your movement. This architecture passes a pseudo-anonymized click identifier and an action timestamp to the external merchant of record (such as Fanatics, StubHub, Ticketmaster, or independent sportsbooks) strictly to attribute sales commissions to the Company. This process does not extract, track, or transmit your direct personal billing information, banking data, or credit card parameters, none of which enter or reside within the Company’s infrastructure.
  • 5. Mandatory Third-Party API Services Declarations

  • YouTube API Data Processing: Our digital platforms utilize native YouTube API Services to supply video highlights to our interfaces. By interacting with embedded media on this platform, you acknowledge your consent to be bound by the primary YouTube Terms of Service and explicitly recognize that your navigation activity is subject to the comprehensive Google Privacy Policy located at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
  • Data Exclusion & User Revocation Rights: In strict conformance with YouTube Developer Policies, Mookie Digital LLC explicitly declares that our application architecture does not access, gather, request, or store your private Google account profiles, contact databases, or validation credentials. Users may permanently revoke this platform’s access to their digital session tracking history at any time by configuring their centralized security parameters via the Google Security Settings Page located at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • 6. Mobile Application Ecosystem & Apple iOS Permissions

  • App Store Privacy Guidelines: For consumers utilizing our native application build on iOS, data compilation maps directly to Apple App Store Developer Review rules. The application binary strictly separates data streams inside the local device sandbox environment.
  • App Tracking Transparency (ATT) Conformance: We utilize pseudo-anonymized advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA) solely when you grant express permission via the native iOS App Tracking Transparency system overlay. If permission is denied, all targeted tracking analytics are deactivated. In accordance with platform terms, no native payment card information, financial billing data, or transactional retail code is ever recorded, compiled, or processed inside the application code bundle.
  • 7. Subscription Engagement & Verified Double Opt-In

  • Double Opt-In Protocols: To prevent the acquisition of fraudulent subscriber databases and ensure strict legal consent compliance under automated email monitoring standards, the Company utilizes an explicit double opt-in protocol. Submitting an email address triggers a pending validation response to your inbox. Your request to join our delivery rosters is only finalized when you interact with the validation hyperlink inside that confirmation email. By completing this process, you provide express consent to receive updates, newsletters, and promotional offers from SportsHL.
  • Consent Revocation (Unsubscribe Rules): You maintain an absolute right to dissolve this consent relationship at any moment. Every outbound transmission features an active, single-click “Unsubscribe” path in the footer area. Users with active profiles may also toggle automated delivery parameters inside their profile notification setup panels.
  • 8. System Security & Liability Insurance Warranties

  • Administrative Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): To fulfill risk mitigation obligations established with our insurance underwriting partners, Mookie Digital LLC enforces strict technical administrative boundaries. All organizational content panels, SaaS platforms, email systems, data storage spaces, and database interfaces require individual multi-factor authentication (MFA) protocols prior to administrative clearance.
  • Network Encryption: Internal database administration and content management updates are routed through encrypted VPN channels to maintain total system data integrity. We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your compiled email addresses or profile data to independent marketing clearinghouses.
  • 9. Consumer Rights & Disclosure Requiring No Opt-Out

In accordance with US state data frameworks (including CCPA/CPRA), users maintain the legal right to request complete disclosure regarding what data elements the platform retains, as well as the right to command the total deletion of their user profile from our production databases. To execute a formal data deletion or disclosure demand, forward a validated request to our privacy desk at privacy@mookiedigital.com. We execute all validated privacy deletions within standard regulatory turnarounds.
