You and Mookie Digital LLC agree that any legal proceedings or dispute resolution actions arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be conducted strictly on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You hereby waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative legal framework against the Company.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Mookie Digital LLC maintains a centralized editorial workflow and executes a strictly enforced policy to acknowledge and act upon valid copyright or accuracy concerns within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) business days of receipt.

Any legal action or dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
