The Platform — comprising the sportshl.com website and our native mobile applications for iOS and Android — functions exclusively as a spoiler-free editorial, journalistic, and data-visualization environment. SportsHL does not operate as a content host, broadcaster, or media distributor.

The Platform features a custom, proprietary Match Rating score dynamically assigned to specific sports events to identify high-interest matchups without revealing final scores.

• Subjective Entertainment Index: Match Ratings are generated via proprietary mathematical weighting formulas and automated interest models. They represent a subjective data-synthesis index and are provided solely for entertainment and curation purposes.
• No Predictive or Professional Value: Match Ratings do not constitute financial guidance, professional sports analytics, predictive modeling, or advice of any kind. SportsHL LLC assumes no liability for any decisions made in reliance on Match Ratings.

• Editorial Independence: Affiliate and advertising compensation arrangements are processed entirely out-of-network and exert zero influence over SportsHL’s spoiler-free editorial curation standards, Match Rating methodology, or the selection of highlight content delivered via authorized API services.
• Out-of-Player Advertising: No advertisement, affiliate promotion, or sponsored element is overlaid, injected, or rendered within the visual boundary or playback canvas of any embedded media player, in strict compliance with the applicable developer policies of our third-party API providers.

All content published on the Platform — including original sports journalism, editorial analysis, commentary, Match Ratings, and data visualizations — is produced independently by SportsHL LLC and is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only.

• Not Professional Advice: Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on any Platform content as the basis for any consequential decision.
• No Affiliated Endorsements: SportsHL claims no affiliation with, or endorsement by, any professional sports league, team, broadcaster, or governing body whose content may appear via authorized API embeds. All league names, team names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
